Who is behind this?
Share of Voice is a product by Serge, operated by Superstellar LLC. We measure brand mentions and recommendations across selected model APIs, preserve the answers, and connect findings to practical marketing work.
Our reports describe a defined question set and test conditions. They do not claim to capture every AI conversation or certify a universal brand ranking. The measurement method explains what we collect and what the numbers can establish.
What makes a field note worth publishing?
A clear question, an answer a reader can use, and enough evidence to check the important claims. A worked calculation, a reusable audit sheet or a concrete decision rule earns its space. A longer introduction does not.
Public marketing discussions help us find questions. We check platform claims against primary documentation. A Reddit reply can be a useful lead; votes and tool recommendations do not turn it into proof.
The rules we write by
- Show assumptions and denominators. Label fictional examples and distinguish API benchmarks from consumer apps.
- Link factual platform claims to their sources. Keep publication and substantive update dates visible.
- Do not invent authors, customer stories, tests or results. Guides carry our organizational byline.
- Separate observed evidence from interpretation and suggested work. Explain when doing nothing is a reasonable choice.
- Keep the commercial interest visible: we sell reports. A free manual check may be enough for your current decision.
Corrections are part of the job.
If a claim is wrong or out of date, send the page and the evidence to hello@shareofvoice.app. We review corrections and update the guide when warranted. Substantive changes receive a new update date; publishing an unrelated article does not refresh the dates on everything else.
