Monthly scan terms

One brand, one scan per paid billing month. Eight buyer questions run twice across four model APIs, for 64 planned answers, plus a factual website check. This is a limited snapshot; coverage and availability can vary. Results do not guarantee search visibility, accuracy of model statements or business outcomes.

Price and renewal

Choose CHF 19, €19, US$19 or £19 per month, including applicable tax. The selected currency is shown before payment and remains fixed for that subscription. Your bank may separately charge foreign-currency fees. Your first payment starts the subscription and includes the first scan; subsequent payments renew monthly. No minimum term or prepaid annual commitment.

Cancellation and payments

Use Manage billing in your account to cancel future renewals before the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You can also update your payment method and download invoices there. For payment issues or refund requests, contact hello@shareofvoice.app. Any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Your brand and evidence

Your first scan uses the profile approved at checkout. Changes to your profile apply to billing periods starting after you save, even if an earlier payment is delayed. Previous scans retain their original brand details and questions. Model responses and citations are recorded as evidence of what the model returned, not as verified statements about your business. The website check reads a small set of public pages and respects crawl restrictions.

Account and privacy

Clerk handles account sign-in and verification. Stripe handles payment details, subscriptions and invoices. We store your account identifier, verified email, brand profile, billing references and scan evidence so you can access and manage this service. Public website content may be fetched to prepare your profile and website check. In a live scan, buyer questions are sent to the model providers used for the scan — OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) and Perplexity; your account email is not part of those questions.
